Horrible Horrible! Do not waste your money or time. Management will charge you for utilities without any meters in your apartment. Sewage back ups in your apartment. Pipes burst, Floods and leaks with no repairs. MOLD, MOLD & Mildew. Just Horrible & they will end your lease if you complain.
Peaceful and quiet lovely views.
Bugs everywhere, ants never end, The staff here are terrible and just use Ebonics to speak to you. The Ghetto of Newark, Del. I will never live here again. Please if you have a family or trying to make a family do not come here.
Absolutely loved my apartment. Great area great neighbors scenic property reasonable utilities. Has a gym and a pool and office staff are friendly and helpful. I really miss this place
