I've read all the reviews here and they seem to be very positive - I've also been to your practice so I know your service is good. This feed back is just based on my last two phone calls to your office for booking an appointment. On both occasions, I was placed on hold for up to 5 min - which is a long time for your size practice. I phoned another practice both times and was able to quickly book my appointments. This is my only complaint - I've been to your office before and the experience there was always good. Lesson learned here is that you may lose customers for this - even though the service you offer is good.

Fox Creek does veterinary work for the cat rescue I foster for. Dr. Sandha and the team are so wonderful! They are very loving with the animals, and don't subject them to unnecessary tests or overnight stays. I have seen Dr. Sandha cure misshapen legs in kittens, eye and bladder problems, and handle surgeries and amputations with ease and little to no disturbance to the cat. Fox Creek is also incredibly friendly and flexible with foster mums like me. Five glowing stars!!

Dr. Sandha and his team have always done a great job taking care of our Golden Doodle. We highly recommend his vetinary practice.

Dr. N.S. Sandha and his team are amazing. He is patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to bring my animals to the vet, knowing that they will get excellent care, and follow up.

We have had our cats taken care of here fur the past 11 years and now also our puppy. We have experienced nothing but excellent service and utmost care for our pets. Would highly recommend to everyone.
