Best Darn Pizza in the Allegheny Mountains!! Sauce was the tastiest and I would drive a hundred miles for their Pizza!
I'm all about supporting local businesses but tonight I was threatened to have the police called on me over not receiving my ranch that I ordered and was called rude by the women on the phone saying I have caused problems in the past and today over THEM CONSTANTLY forgetting or undercooking orders that my family has made WHICH HAVE BEEN MANY AND ALL OVER $60 EVERY TIMEnTerrible customer service.nWas not aloud to speak to a manager and was very disrespected.nOn top of just losing a 100 year old family member and a HUGE COMMUNITY SUPPORTER, putting her to peace today and not wanting to have to worry about cooking myself.n15/10 would not recommend unless you would like to be treated the same way.
Staff are friendly and quick to correct any errors. However this is the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever eaten and I’ve given it a few tries now. I’m not sure if it’s the quality of the sauce, but it just tastes odd and has a terrible flavor. The French fries tasted like fish on two occasions and had the flavor of being cooked in old oil. The salad I tried on one occasion was partially wilted and barely had any ingredients other than ice burg lettuce. I absolutely love pizza and have never had one that I wouldn’t eat, but I’m done with this location. After trying the Fox’s pizzas in the Port Allegheny and Coudersport locations, I confirmed that the issue isn’t the chain but the Smethport location specifically. Everything I tasted at the other locations was great.
Order delivery. The order taker laughed when i asked why it would take 1 hour.nNo napkins delivered…. Told him i was at motel in town amd stranded… kids get with it!!!
Visited this pizza shop while on a trip thr staff were amazing and friendly and the pizza was great!
