I would not have come here if I knew that the grass tee area was in such poor shape. No grass only dirt. Was given the excuse that it’s September and there is no grass left. If there wasn’t any grass I would have appreciated a heads up before purchasing my bucket. Was thankfully issued a refund. Just be transparent, would have been appreciated.
My kids 17 and 14 had a lesson today with Joe. Neither had ever picked up a golf club and they had a great swing by the end! He's very patient and has a great way of explaining things. Highly recommend. All the staff were friendly and helpful making for a fun afternoon together as a family!
I had my first lesson with Joe today. He was fantastic. Calm. Articulate. Used clever and easy to understand language and concepts to make things easy to understand. Already booked my next lesson and cannot wait to practice what I learned today. Thanks Joe!
Place is immaculate. Grass area is well maintained and even; mats are equally good and never seem worn. Flag yardage is accurate and golf balls always seem new. Staff do a great job and always friendly. Highly recommended!
Had several very helpful golf lessons with Joe Stewart at the Fox Run Driving Range located in the Ajax/Pickering area. He is an excellent and very patient instructor. If it’s your very first time holding a club, or if you are a seasoned player looking to tune your game Joe can help. Would highly recommend.
Did my first lesson with Joe on Friday July 29, 2022. I've been golfing for about 20 years but wanted some help hitting better iron shots. Joe saw my swing and gave me pointers and I felt immediate progress with my swing and irons. Going back to see him for help with my driver and woods.
Amazing range with reasonable prices. Purchased a set of golf clubs. They let me try them on the range with no issues. Very clean and well maintained range.
This is the perfect place for beginners and experts that just want to get their swing in. A couple of newbies swinging and it was such a good time with very reasonable prices. Due to the experience here, I think I just found my new sport. Can't wait for the next time out!!
Great little driving range, nice location and reasonably priced. Gets pretty busy in the afternoons!
Added additional mats this year which is great as it can get busy. Staff are friendly, prices are fair and the mats are all in good order. Grass tees could use work but no extra cost for them. They use good balls and you will hardly find a bad one in the bunch which is great for feedback on your shot knowing its not a damaged ball affecting flight. More pin placements and targets to aim for would make this place amazing.
