I had an interview with the owners of this company and found them to be very fourth coming about how they run their business! Very professional and a no nonsense, well stocked place to deal with. Parts and appliances for sell right in the front of the shop. Seems like a great family owned business. Ran properly and striving for excellent customer service.

My family has used this company for decades. Never had much of an issue until recently. The techs work fine but they are pricey. Almost a 2 grand difference on their prices for a new AC unit versus competitors. When I decided to go with someone else a few months back, I went to call again for service on something else, apparently they now changed my account from billing to pay up front for anything moving forward. When I asked why, the woman on the phone, Olivia, got very rude and snooty and told me she couldn't tell me why despite me asking if we missed a payment or a bill or what happened. So I decided to cancel my appointment and proceed further with another company!

They did a really good job. Had them replace some pipes during a recent remodel.
