Not pleased. I have been a member of this credit union since 2014. I have stayed loyal after two incidents: the first involving Kathy at the Kimberly Branch disclosing the balance and monthly payment amounts on a roommate's loan to his mother who is not listed on his account as an authorized user or a signatory. Zero accountability or formal apologies have been issued. Kathy should have been fired...no exceptions. Having undergone several incidents in a short period of time, and switching jobs, I am now holding out for my first commission check November 5th. Working 70 hours a week, I do not have time to negotiate medical bills that need to get paid. I politely requested a $1250 personal loan to finish paying two bills off that were due several weeks ago. I was turned down by an Underwriter who admitted my payment history is stellar. He had the nerve to offer to do business with me in the future, which I smartly responded and said if you can't help me in a time of need, why would I bring a car loan to you or a mortgage? When I have time, I am taking my business elsewhere. DONE with this institution.

On 3 different occasions, I had $675 transfered from my account into some other account using EXCLUSIVE BILL PAY. First time they told me it had to be because my Bill Pay was hacked (I never use Bill Pay). The second time they told me it was because an employee in branch mistakenly made the transaction. Now this third time they told me it is because my account number is similar to someone else's account and they must have done it. I also had issues with my checks being viewed online. After being told numerous reasons why they could not be seen and being treated less than fair, they told me it was my fault because I had old checks with old numbers, which I ordered 4 months prior to this problem. I started having these issues AFTER Fox Communities Credit Union bought out my credit union, Riverwood Maritime Credit Union. I banked with Riverwood for almost twenty years - no issues and great service. In my opinion if you are looking for honesty and integrity in a bank I would stay clear of Fox Communities Credit Union.
