We stayed a night here during the winter. While there was nothing wrong with the room, I can sum up our experience here: "bare minimum". I don't think it's possible for them to cut any more corners without negatively impacting the stay. The kids didn't even want to eat any of the continental breakfast, and they're not that picky. If the price was more inline with what was provided, I could recommend this place. But next time through here I'll try another option.
Elevator for upper floors. Friendly staff, continental breakfast. Large clean room, comfy beds, small table with 2 chairs, desk with chair and fridge. 50” tv on dresser - bathroom clean with everything you need. Definitely would recommend this hotel
Loved my entire experience. Bed was comfy in room 202 and the room was large with a table and couch, fridge. Heat was easy to use ans windows have 3 layers. TYRooms: 5/5
Room was huge! Bed was sooo comfy. Room had a small table, couch and desk! Good for having to work while on our road trip. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone.Rooms: 5/5
Where to begin? Hair all over the bathroom that wasn't mine, no toilet paper or kleenex, disgusting tub and no lighting. Toqels and cloths that were torn and ripped. The sign from outside was shining in the basement window all night even with the shades shut. They forgot to mention we would be in the basement and got charged the same. I couldn't control my own temperature. Asked the front desk to help warm up the room..... twice. She ignored me. We were all freezing in the morning and all of a sudden the front desk had heaters for the rooms. It was damp and cold, horrible smell. I called and asked for a room with two queens, traveling with two teens and a preschooler. I asked for extra bedding and was told that there was no clean bedding..... Showed up and it was a room with doubles. The whole night was a nightmare. I say the morning staff in the morning was nice and friendly.
Last Minute stop. Everything was perfect. Warm welcome. Clean. Continental breakfast was good. Latte VanHoutte coffee machine. Will stop back if I come back in the area.Rooms: 5/5
The rating should be higher on this property. It is not a2.5. Our room was the equivalent of a 4 star rating. Clean, roomy and very well appointed.
Had to change our plans on route to the destination and we found this hidden gem. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and staff was very friendly! Not to mention the breakfast options were good and coffee even better. Definitely recommend checking this place out as an option right off the highway.Rooms: 5/5
Great service. Clean rooms. Close to restaurant. Reasonably priced.
I had low expectations when I walked into the lobby, which is kind of run down looking. I was pleasantly surprised to find that The rooms themselves are actually really nice and clean, and fairly modern. Decent coffee and muffins in the morning as well. Would stay here again.
