Dr. Shuldiner is my family doctor. As others have said, the receptionist doesn't pick up the phone. I've been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment and I simply cannot. The voicemailbox has also been full, so I can't even leave a voicemail. In the past, I've had to resort to showing up in person to schedule an appointment. While Dr. Shuldiner's services are impeccable, it is really very frustrating to have so much difficulty in seeing her.
Had a painful ear infection flare up on a Saturday evening and they were the only clinic that picked up the phone the next morning. Accommodated me even though I showed up just 15 minutes before they close. The staff and doctor were super friendly and kind. I can sleep tonight thanks to them without a 6 hour visit to emergency : Honestly the best walk-in clinic experience I have ever had.
Worst place ever. Super careless receptionists, they don’t even answer the phones! I went there in pain because they did not answer my phone calls many days, now they said go to the emergency room. My appointment was 2 weeks ago with doctor, and no one cares I am in pain last 2 weeks!!
Doctor don’t care about your issue just want to get done with you asap so they can go to next patient. They don’t even want to hear about your problem or issues just want to get done with you.
Dr S is one of the best. It might be difficult to get an appointment in the afternoon, I suggest you call in the morning to get an appointment. Also, the staff are friendly which is a HUGE plus!
Came to Four Winds Medical Center on Sunday July 31st 2022. Their Store says 9:00am they will open. Their online site from google says 9:30am. I came at 9:45am and they have not been open since. Called their phone number 10 times and no one picks up. I am surprised that this place is still 3 stars. This Walk in clinics is a scam and you are better off going on to a hospital and paying a bit more. If they lied about hours of operation. Imagine the kind of treatment they will lie just to run you off your money. The place looks run down and broken. I hope their Doctors are licensed by the Medical Council of Canada and they are certified by the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons because their receptionist and service is terrible and poor. Shame on this place
Really hate the fact that the hours unlike the actual posted hours are so damned erratic. I have to pretty much call to see if they are actually open when they say. I also got one of the doctors as a family doctor as mine had moved practice but seldom see them as I never know when they are in. Edited.: @ Oct 2022. They have gone from Semi-competent to abysmal. Last month I tried to get an appointment for a shingles shot and "they didn't take appointments." now I was told "they only take appointments" but even then it's an "everyone show up at 10:00 and then they *might* be seen" appointment. The staff didn't seem to understand what was my first and last name on my health card. It's just garbage.
Dr. Shuldiner is amazing, very helpful, professional and immediately sends you to a specialist if needed. Unfortunately, she has horrible staff working for her. They don't answer the phone and are rude in person. The doctor definitely needs better help.
The receptionist here are awful. By far the most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. I’ve missed countless specialist appointments because their staff did not notify me. They also never answer the phone, they have purposely hung up on me multiple times. Dr. Shuldnier is a great doctor, but the clinic needs to train their receptionist.
Dr. Shuldiner is amazing and so is her staff!! The practice was originally just a walk in clinic for emergencies, but I made her my family doctor back in 2018. She listens and always performs extra tests to rule out other health concerns and gets me to see specialists whenever needed. It's always felt that with other doctors I've had to beg them to let me see a specialist but she's not like that at all. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in the area. Added bonus: she diagnoses over the phone!
