Wow, we are very pleased with the service, respect, fun, and the expertise of all departments. From the first phone call to the first visit to the day we picked up our used camper we only had good experiences. As it was a used camper, we knew we would find some mishaps after we pick it up, and we did. Four Seasons responded quickly to resolve these issues. We are also pleased with the quick response of the roadside team.
Was a great experience buying from Four Seasons. We had a brand and layout picked out already which took out a lot of guess work. It was just to find one in great condition within our budget. Didn’t take long. We had a salesman on the lookout for us and one day a trade came across his desk. Going by his trusted opinion and advice that this one is it! I left a deposit and after a chance to go see it the purchase was made. Thank you for making this a great experience and giving us the confidence knowing that if something comes up you will be there with help and advice.

It was amazing dealing with four seasons. Our initial contact was with Mirah from Four Seasons in Winnipeg. I have to say she was absolutely amazing. She worked with us for a couple of weeks, texting, emailing and phoning back and forth until she found the perfect trailer for us, which was in Virden. I actually called her on the long weekend and she responded and didn't mind that I had disturbed her on her days off. She was totally dedicated to us and helping us to find the perfect trailer within our budget!! We traded off our old trailer and bought a newer one, totally sight unseen. We sent pictures, emails and she did a walk through on a couple of different trailers for us. Then we started working with Monele from Four Seasons in Virden, and she to was absolutely wonderful to work with as well. She walked through our 2018 Jayco for us before we received it and made sure everything worked out. She sent both myself and my husband Four Seasons Jackets, which I just love. After we received our new trailer, we noticed a few things that needed to be fixed and Monele put us in contact with Road Service to rectify the problems. We are currently waiting for Road service to come out our way to make repairs, but so far we haven't heard from them. So we are patiently waiting for them. Other than that, we would certainly recommend Four Seasons to our family and friends. They have exceptional customer service, which a lot of our companies are sorely lacking.
Everyone went above and beyond excellent customer service! Special thanks to Kala Finance Manager, Marlon Sales rep and Chris Demo dept. They were super to deal with and we will be recommending Four Seasons to everyone we know!
Four Seasons Road Service is absolutely amazing. Our fridge had a glitch and required multiple visits to diagnose and correct the issue, right down to a service call to Kenora, late on a Friday evening!!! The phone receptionist was pleasant with every call, empathizing and confirming the issue would be immediately addressed. A business is only as great as their customer service! Four Seasons Sales is second to NONE!! Thank you for your service!
The staff at Four Seasons has gone above and beyond for us. From the salesman the day we purchased our trailer to the service department for quickly taking care of any problems. I cannot say enough about the team at Four Seasons. I can say that they have a customer for life. I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer or needing some repairs done.
