Four Seasons Natural Foods is located in Downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. We offer a full array of natural foods groceries, organic produce, teas, coffees, supplements, personal care and aromatherapy.

We try to offer as many choices of natural products as we can to our customers. We stock a reasonable selection within many popular categories and we are happy to special order products that we don’t stock. Many items arrive within 2-3 days, almost always under a week to 10 days. We try to bring in new quality products as they are introduced to market.

We mail order items for our customers who desire this service, generally with the cost of shipping added on.

Yummy vegan self-service buffet with daily specials and classic staples, wide selection of healthy cold drinks like kombucha and the like, sunny redone and renovated interior along with outdoor seating. Been coming here for 20 years, no longer a grocery but I like the redesign, we always grab a fresh, healthy, digestible lunch or snack here, and there’s plenty of nuts, bars, and deserts to snack on or take with you to go. A great and necessary alternative to all the more expensive options downtown, too - a place to get your vegetables done right, and a place to bump into chill folks. An attractive spot and crowd, unpretentious and helpful.

I feel bad if you’re going to a larger grocery shop in the area.  This should definitely be your jam if you’re looking out for your health or just taste in general.  The staff couldn’t be any nicer and I definitely enjoy a small format instead of walking 5 miles to get my food isn’t something that appeals to me.

All great products here at this store. The prices are reasonable for the quality items they carry. The customer service is . The store is spacious and very clean. If you want to step away from the big corporate stores and shop smaller this is the place for you.

The product selection is great and the sandwiches are so yummy, but man is the service bad. I can't remember her name but there's a woman who works at the sandwich counter who honestly, is downright nasty. I've had extremely rude and unprofessional interactions with her so many times that at this point I don't really feel like ever coming back. It's a shame, because the sandwiches are delightful.

I've been there 3 times and all 3 times the workers treated me like either i didn't belong there or they were doing me a favor to answer my questions. the products are great but some of the employees are rude. it's weird because the products are all about treating the environment and our bodies well - what about treating each other nicely too?

Only grocery store in Saratoga County to buy fresh sustainable produce. By far the cleanest grocery store I ve ever been to shop. An all around wonderful place to shop. A must to put on your calendar and check out, as I am positive you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic, local store with a great range of health foods and products.  The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. For lunch enjoyed the 'Cubanish' panini which was delicious.  The blend of sweet pickles and savory mustard with crunchy toast instantly transported me to a sunny beachside cafe in Miama. Definitely my favorite lunch-spot in Saratoga!

You won't forget about the fuggetaboutit panini! It was made to order and steaming when I picked it up. Perfect amount of tofu, pesto, and cheesy sauce. Perfect size too. I love that this store offers something for everyone. The sale prices are pretty nice too :

The wellness section is brimming. Vegan sandos are great too. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. A lot. Does not seem like hospitality is on the menu.
