Ordered food from here last week. Great on the phone service, but the quality of food and overall experience was way below. Kung Pao chicken had more veggies than chicken. The fried rice was so dry from all the Soy sauce added. Will never order again, so sorry.Food: 1/5
Be advised Menu items are completely open to interpretation at this restaurant I don't know on what planet this resembles teriyaki chicken but it doesn't taste like it at all Doesn't have much chicken in it either?? Called to voice my concerns and the lady on the phone made it very clear that because it was my first time ordering from them I should expect the same experience next time If you're looking for bean sprouts and soggy vegetables in oily brown liquid this is the place to go!
Let's begin...Saturday Aug,12.2023 My wife and I were looking for some Chinese restaurants that we haven't ordered yet from.We have found Four Seasons we didn't check the reviews till after our experience.... We ordered dinner for 56 dollars. Terrible choice to pick this restaurant . Nothing was not even close to be fresh. SO MUCH SALT !! So much salt that we couldn't even eat half of the food we ordered. What we did,,, we put into the garbage.... That's what this restaurant should be,, CLOSED before someone gets very sick eating old frozen foods.... Egg rolls were beyond horrible bean sprouts were hard and black HORRIBLE SALTY AND DISGUSTING Waste of money, Waste of time, Waste of health. If you like old frozen foods go for it.... Pointers...check reviews before you make your choices.
Hey All, I love Beeton and the surrounding areas but how in the heck can this place have 3.9? I am from Toronto and you can go to any chinese restaurant on any street corner and it will probably be better then this place. I am sorry to be harsh but not even 1 dish was good. The fried rice was burnt, the chow mein had no taste with frozen veges, the beef was lacking flavour, the teriyaki was not teriyaki, the egg rolls were like rubber, but the soy sauce was not bad. That's why they get a 2. I must have caught them on a really bad day but at least i can say my reviews are honest. Good Luck Four Seasons, i suggest you guys get a chef who knows how to cook. No wonder why your dine in is closed, no one would ever eat in it.
If you don't want to eat the worst chinese food in your life do not order from here no matter how desperate you may be try chinese food , it is so bad I had to throw out $160.00 worth of it . I usually never write reviews but didn't want someone else to go threw what me and my guests went threw , what an embarrassment. Stay clear of this place .
Ordered food to my home. Some guy named Keith, delivered food. Our home currently under construction, renovations. He comes to door asking me whom are my contractors. Tells us whom we've chosen either good or bad. Constant yapping. Tell your driverrs, to deliver food and keep it quiet and quick. Mind his business
Best Chinese Food in the area! So pleased with the service and quality. We live 10 minutes away and the food always arrives fresh and hot. They've forgotten 1 item once, and we called and received a credit for our next order. Plus the delivery guy always brings treats for our pups!
Food is fresh, hot, and tasty. I have ordered twice now with great success. Staff is very friendly. This is definitely a great hidden gem!
If i could give this joint a zero star i would. Im not one to complain but this experience was so disappointing i have to warn you all. The food was over priced, portions were small and extremely greasy! Not to mention we ordered our food at 6:40 and it arrived at 8:30 cold. Also the delivery man had the nerve to ask for a tip on top of everything saying "A tip would be nice" . I know its not necessarily his fault for the food but asking for a tip is rude not to mention the food was late and extremely disappointing! This place will not get my bussiness ever again!
Hands down worst customer service I've had to endure. Ordered take out for pick up . Walked in waited for an extra 20 minutes which is fine if the foods cooked proceeded home a two minute drive I might add. Got home made a plate of food and everything was cold. I called in they had no reaction just what's your number and we will give you a replacement meal. I call in to see about that and I get a Yelling lady on the other end of the phone . Brutal service and tbh a health inspector should probably check out how gross the restaurant is . I hated having to write this .
