Just burn it down and Fostoria would be better off. This place is a joke.

My first experience here and it is the worst experience ever in my life at a laundromat.....3 dryers out of the whole place that work...maybe 4 washers that worked....I don't even know how this place stays open....never will I come back here again

This place is an absolute joke. 3/4 of the washing machines don't work... NO dryers work and there isn't one signal posting for a contact # for help. Clothes get stuck in washers and you have to break into them to get your belongings. Complete ripoff. I will NEVER be back. The best of luck to anyone who comes to this dump to get their laundry washed. You are better off hand washing in the tub and hanging your clothes dry

I've been doing my laundry here for about a year now. A lot of broken down machines but I dealt with it because they're open 24 hours which fits my schedule a little better. If this isn't the last week I do my laundry there it's only going to be if I don't make it to Laundrolux during their business hours. One of the two dryers I use every week now has the metal ripped inside at the top and I've found shredded clothing stuck in the damaged part of the dryer. Two weeks later and still no sign letting customers know this. The other dryer I use every week is now out of order (won't tumble - again with no out of order sign) and the dryer I switched to (paying a second time) kept popping the door open during the cycle. I had to stand there and eagle eye it so I could close it back up right away when it popped open. When the cycle was done - same settings and time I use every week - I had to pay yet again to finish drying my jeans that were still quite damp. Even after putting extra money in to finish drying my jeans I still had to hang a pair of them to finish drying at home. Also, as another review noted, there's no contact information posted anywhere in the building so if you need to talk to an attendant/owner/caretaker you're out of luck. Whoever is running this dive obviously doesn't give a rat's behind about their customers and look to be wanting to run themselves out of business. With the downhill trend of more machines breaking down while none get repaired I'll be shocked if Fostoria Laundrymat is even still open for business by this time next year.
