This is an inexpensive public course. I had low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. It is a short course and a par 68. That makes it play a little faster than a traditional par 72. The course was in better shape than expected. The greens were a little slow but in good condition. Expect tight fairways and small greens.
Great course lots of water hazards... No drink cart the day we were there anywhere anyway. The bar in the clubhouse is pretty decent also.
Unfortunately I have to give this course a 2 star review until further notice. I had an 11:50 AM tee time this past Saturday that ended up being a nightmare. First off, they have NO STARTER OR MARHSALL. Basically, there were about 5-6 groups all waiting to tee off. We ended up teeing off at around 12:20 PM, or 30 minutes late. From there, there were 1-2 groups at the tee box after every hole. I mean this is a disgrace to the game of golf. You must have course management move this along, it's embarrassing. It legitimately took us over 3 hours to play 9 holes. 9 holes in over 3 hours!!! Do that math, that is a 6 hour round. That's not how golf is supposed to be played. The pace of play and rhythm are completely ruined. Even after the turn there were 3 groups waiting to tee off at 10.....I couldn't take it anymore and left. It's very unfortunate as you not only wasted your money, but also your time. Only reason this gets 2 starts is that the course is in decent shape for March.
Fun course, staff and golf. Made mistake on teetime but they still accommodated me, very much appreciated.
Easy, inexpensive course that is great for beginners! Be careful not to leave anything valuable in your car though because my car window got shattered and valuables were taken.
Fairways are very soggy right now but the greens are in great shape and we're very quick and smooth. Grounds crew is doing an excellent job with them.
Enjoyable round, opportunities to make birdies allover the place - especially with a good drive. Trees offer the main challenge here, otherwise you're looking at fairly straightforward parkland stuff. No super long rough to deal with, greens were in great condition considering it's late Jan. Had a tasty brisket sandwich in the Caddyshack themed Billy Baroo's clubhouse. Also came across a real life Al Czervik on the course, music playing and everything.
Short but challenging course. Greens are really nice and well manicured. Worth every penny
The shortest 18 hole course in the city of Seattle. Sometimes this is exactly what you need. Affordable and fast. It would be so much better if they would Marshall the course though. They let it backup pretty bad and do nothing about it. 5 stars if they fix that
Super fun course! Narrow fairways and fast greens. 18 holes in just over 3 hours. Great for an after work outing.
