I just wanted to write a quick compliment to the young lady working in your floral department on the morning of Wed, October 5, 2022. She was very helpful in assisting me with selecting sunflowers and creating a beautiful Thanksgiving bouquet for our table this weekend. The bouquet looks and smells stunning, and I'm sure will impress all who see it. Her pleasant demeanor, helpful advice, and courteous smile exemplify Customer Service. Please extend to her our thanks!
I ordered a cake from the bakery and they did an awesome job making it look like I envisioned. Thank you. It looked nice and tasted even better.
It is my favourite place to do my grocery shopping. Plenty of free parking, great customer service, fabulous food porchetta and onion rings are THE BEST. Prices a a bit higher than other groceries stores but the experience and variety of products compensate the price. I am an avocado lover and I can say their avocados are VERY good similar to Costco. They have such a nice area of flowers and accessories. There is a small Presidents Choice Financial branch as well.
Normally this location is fantastic. But today we had to deal with bad service trying to buy chicken and mashed potatoes. The server kept arguing with us and got rude with us even though it says on the menu can include mashed potatoes. We will be smarter next time and go to kfc the next time we see him working the counter.
This is a clean and well organized grocery store. They have a bakery, cooked food, coffee, and on the go options. Great flower shop, with a good selection. Large variety of items in most categories.
You should change your security guard! Very creepy! I feel harassed because he followed me for absolutely no reason! Next time I will take a picture of him so people can see how gross he is. Probably that man doesn’t wash his uniform for months. He looks someone who is more likely to steal than me. Duh!
Don't shop on an empty stomach. So many great departments of delicious food. Pick different slices of pizza to create your own pizza
This FORTINOS is my absolute favorite location, mainly because it's a traffic light away From my house & the pizza is always fresh they are continuously selling so they are always make pizza, the staff is happy & you can tell by their customer service is EXCELLENT!!!! I SHOP here as often as I can Best location so FAR!!!!! I See the managers on the floor often
Love this place, generally a little more expensive, but sales are awesome, and always convenient, never a long wait.
That old lady at the bakery is grumpy and stubborn... should rather stay home and enjoy rest of her life Messed up my 2 month baby's cake and kept the attitude
