I deal with Ashley at Fort Taxi at least once a week to organise collection of a pizza delivery and she is awesome (and super nice!). The taxis are always on time, they call before they arrive at our work so we have someone ready to collect it and they always remember me when I call. Best taxi company I've dealt with in a long time.

Taxi driver blocked single lane hospital loading zone despite the existence of two pullouts and signs telling drivers not to block the driveway. Driver would not move vehicle after flashing high beams and finally honking no less than three times, whereupon he moved his vehicle the absolute minimum for me to get around him. Taxi driver was completely indifferent to the inconvenience his selfishness was causing. What a solidily disappointing way to represent your company.

We called Fort taxis for a ride- when it showed up it was 10 minutes late then said that we needed to have GPS as he did not have anything. When he arrived at our destination- roughly a 12 minute drive he informed us there was a flat rate which ended up being substantially higher than we've ever paid. Not impressed. We will switch to uber.

This is the second time I've used this taxi service, the first time they didn't even show up so I had to call again. This time however they came 15 min late without notifying me, I see them parked outside my house through my window, and as I walk outside the taxi has already left.
