I’ve been trying for more than a year to reach out by phone. And leaving voice mail and also by email to reach out the person in charge of the permits and development and I NEVER got any answer ever !!! Is there even someone working on that position??? I like the area but I guess I’ll never buy a land or property there
They certainly go out of their way to hide any and all email contact information. The phone system advises to press 0 and any time to leave a message. It hasn't functioned in several years. Administration violates provincial laws with impunity. In my experienced opinion, an organization serving itself at the expense of the taxpayers.
Only time I've had to go hear was to apply for my marriage license. Staff were super friendly and educated on all info.

Whenever I have dealt with the people at Town Hall, they have always been courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.
One of your cops gave me a parking ticket dor parking without paying yet I litterally had the payment slip on the dashboard
Barely any signs posted outside to find your way. Staff is catty and ignore you when you walk in. Jeremy and others in planning never respond to emails. Overall very poor customer service.
