I lost my carbide's on my skiis, and wore out my right ski. The service tech drove to their other dealership to grab me a used pair of skiis for my sled. He also put the skiis on my sled with new carbides. He went well beyond what he should have. Greatly appreciate itnWe didn't lose any days from our big sled trip. You guys are fantastic. During a 4-day snowmobile trip to Lac à Jim and the surrounding area, my snowmobile started running on 1 cylinder. I contacted the service and Groupe Imperium - Dolbeau did everything to repair me so that I could continue my route. I can only thank them and give them a 10/10. It would take this kind of dealership on the north shore of Montreal... Bravo to the team!
