I have been trying for several days to send sunflowers and balloons to my great-nephew's memorial service, to no avail. I called Forget-Me-Not and spoke with Ashley, who was able to completely fill my order, and the phone call was wonderful - she made me laugh in the midst of a very hard time. Then I realized that I gave her the wrong address for delivery, so I called her back and we laughed some more. Outstanding customer service and amazing prices. Use this florist for all of your floral needs in Helena - I will DEFINITELY be calling them again!

Service is always excellent here! These ladies get out your flowers out so fast! When I ask them to pick the bouquet I am never disappointed! I can't say enough for this excellent Flower Shop!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about these ladies! They go above and beyond! My wedding bouquets turned out AMAZING! They were perfect and affordable! Thanks ladies you're awesome!!!!

Really super nice job on a customized fruit/snack basket for me. Went out of their way to get it just right. Very kind and patient. Plus she called me sweetie. I like that.
