Maybe their service was better in the past, reviews r good which is why I called them. But I have to agree w “Kery” review. They came for a 15 minute consult, I didn’t end up going w them, not for any reason. Then I received a bill for $227??? When I called to inquire they said ‘yeah we called to schedule and u never returned w an answer.’ So u bill me for work that was never done? He then says ‘fine, it’s $125 consult fee’, which I wasn’t told of before the consult. So I get it, u want something outa me. Roger that. And I’ll pay it bc I’m an honest person. In conclusion, I went with Plumb Hal. EXCELLENT customer service, very nice guy and didn’t give me the run around, his work is top notch and he explained everything he was doing. I highly suggest anyone that needs a plumber, go with Hal, I found him on Yelp ;

They are very professional, highly skilled and easy to work with. You get the answering machine when you call but they get back to you especially if you say it is an emergency. If you’re doing a remodel they will give some tips on brands and ideas for products. We’ve been using them for years and have never been disappointed.

Great, honest, quick service.. we have used them for a few years now at our firm, and also will a few of our employees at their homes.. AAA service, polite and fair!!
