Awesome spot and lots of flavor options and toppings!
The owner needs to be present, or have adequate experienced adult staff on site. The poor young teenagers working were overwhelmed with the crowd and apparent problems with the hot chocolate machine. We waited over 20 minutes for 4 hot chocolates and were late to our show. Shame on the owner for putting these 2 young girls in this situation. I felt very bad for them!!
I walked in and it was steaming hot. the one day it was above 80 degrees here in illinois and i expected to come in for a break from the heat and enjoy my favorite yogurt place but once i walked in, it was hotter in here than it was outside. This AC needs to be fixed asap. The workers are dying and this is NOT a good working condition. The workers are fanning themselves with LIDS.
Love this place! Easy self-service process, friendly staff, and the serving area is always clean. Their flavors are consistent and always fresh. Pomegranate is the best!
Always a good taste at forever yogurt. Just wish they had different flavors instead of the same ones all the time.
Cute spot to bring family when walking around downtown St Charles. Cost is by weight with lots of options for toppings. Parking out front is limited.
I love getting a chance to visit here, and have had great visits with friends and families here. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the mood for cold and sweet desserts. I hope that I get to visit again soon, but I really wish that they'd bring back their fruity pebbles flavor. That was a fine star flavor.
Although my kids said it was similar to other frozen yogurt places I found the extras and the staff very charming and genuine, lots of variety on flavors, from hazelnut to mango and any topping you may want. Found it reasonably priced and had a nice atmosphere for my family.
Strawberry banana mixed with cream cheese frozen yogurt with boba and maraschino cherries ended up tasting like trix yogurt. I definitely need to try it again.
I had the worst experience at this location. I usually get my frozen yogurt from here, but I will never come back to this location. First of all, they didn’t have sampling cups. So my sister was tasting yogurts in a cup and the lady yelled at my sister in front of 2 other customers for throwing away a yogurt flavor she didn’t like. She then proceeded to yell at my dad for eating a spoonful of his yogurt while he waited for the customers in front of us paid. I understand they violated the “rules” because apparently there are rules at frozen yogurt places, but she could have addressed them in a respectful way instead of yelling at them in front of other customers.
