I ordered flowers on Wednesday 5/10/17 to be delivered on Friday 5/12/17.  I chose a florist local to the place I wanted the flowers to be delivered, as I believe in supporting local businesses.  When I called this florist, I specifically asked if the deliver time could be met, they assured me it would be.  Friday 5/12/17 came and went and no delivery.  Had to call on Monday 5/15/17 to find out why I was charged for a product and delivery that did not happen.   They offered to refund my money which I was satisfied with.  I did not expect the flowers to go out for deliver as my money was refunded for services not rendered.  However the flowers were sent out for delivery on Monday (3 days late).  The delivery person dropped them off at the office they were originally to be sent to. He came back shortly after dropping them off,  demanding they be returned and was rude to the office manager in the process.  Completely unprofessional and I will not recommend this florist to anyone.

So I ordered flowers for my grandma for mothers day from here and it cost around 75$ and my grandma sent me a picture of them when she got them and I was SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!! The vase was not the one they showed in the pictures, it didn't have all the flowers it stated would be in the arrangement, and it was REALLY SMALL!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

Ask for Janna Mead! She is the most amazing florist you will ever meet. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. In addition they are reasonably priced and the best shop around!
