Nice library with a large kids section. The main problem is the staff don't seem to care about cultivating a respectful environment. The staff and security are completely desensitized to the noise made by highschool students who are seen overturning furniture and vaping indoors on occasion. They also don't seem to care about disruptive adults who use the computers for gambling and inappropriate games.
Awesome Awesome Library!!! Had to use their printer because mine was down and I learned that all Calgarians with a Library Card receive a $5.00 credit at the start of each month. so that’s basically 50 black & white printed or photocopy pages a month, pretty sweeeeeeet. Awesome Awesome staff, so helpful, you all are AWESOME !! Thank you so much !!!
Staff is very friendly and calm however 2 young people by the computers were totally selfish and spoiled the calm atmosphere and focus on reading. They very loudly were in comms with other player and totally distracted me from my reading.
RUDE STAFFS ESPECIALLY THE SHORT MIDDLE AGE WHITE WOMAN WITH EYEGLASSES! She has no manners. No staffs willing to do basic cleaning at the library such as a general wipe down of tables, chairs & toys or washrooms! Too many children here that can catch germs because of unsanitary!
The one and only! I go to the forest lawn branch I am a member I go there 2 or 3 days a week. It's amazing the free services we get there. I would like to say thank you for all the stuff there. For all your patience and understanding and the help you provide.
