If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Wingspan currently manages these apartments, and in my experience, they’re just as bad as Wiedner — if not worse.nnWhen we moved in, the unit was filthy, and our move-in date had to be postponed so it could be cleaned. Since then, contacting management about issues has been incredibly frustrating. Whether it’s missing fire extinguishers, no hot water, un-shoveled sidewalks, or a poorly maintained parking lot, emails are often ignored or met with misleading responses.nnBuilding A is infested with roaches, and rather than addressing mold properly, they simply paint over it. They also hire out-of-province contractors who perform substandard work, and the building’s buzzer system has been broken since we moved in with no resolution. Several issues appear to violate basic housing and safety laws.nnThe only time management seems to act quickly is when they can issue fines — for example, complaints about smoking in the building are handled immediately because they generate extra revenue. Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.
Here I am posting for my first luxury apartment. First, whoever gave this home a bad review is straight-up false. You go see the apartment yourself so if you dislike you move to the next and I am sure this is not gonna happen. I can’t thank enough Baljinder Ma’am who made my dream come reality to have an experience living in such an amazing environment. So quiet and peaceful. The units are spacious and the grounds are immaculate. They have great team management whenever I need something fixed, they are on it. 5 stars hands down!
I've been living in this building for about 2 months now, and so far I'm truly impressed by how well managed this place is.nThe unit itself is modern. The amenities are all great. The location itself is perfect as the PA transit stop is also walking distance away.nThe staff have been pleasant and helpful with my needs.nThe amenities and lobby are super clean, everyone that works here are all super nice, and polite.nThey are quick to solve any issues in the apartment, and I have no words for how these people care about their residents Specially thankful to Baljinder Dhaliwal.nnWould 100% recommend leasing with Weidner apartments Group

Forest groove is such a nice and clean place to live in PA. The manager of the building BALJINDER is doing a very good job to maintain the building. She is always there to help in any situation and she personally comes and check the building on the daily basis. Good job done. Must recommended place to live in.
