Forest Estates is and has been my home for over 16 years. I truly love the feeling of community and friendship.
A friend owns a house there. The park was clean and fully occupied. I did notice a few of the houses needed cleaning up, but all in all not bad.
Very quiet place to live, love it.

Very disappointed in the junk that's around the place otherwise it would look pretty nice there but I find there's a lot of garbage everywhere through the trailer park on people's properties to their mess
