Tammy is the manager she's great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have what you need they will special order it. I am a very picky doggy mom and I only shop the best and they have it all around.
Excellent customer service. Friendly, welcoming, exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with. If they don't have what you require they'll gladly order it in for you. Also have a customer reward program that helps you save money. Highly recommended.
Misinformation and ignorant, we called for a simple question and she is Rude, and telling me not to bring my Dog out in this heat .. ummm air conditioned car.. we seeking a muzzle and she saying its not for Biting .. ok Whats a Muzzle for then??

Pat the owner and his team are amazing! They are very knowledgable about pets and the products that they carry. They arent afraid to have a conversation with you and make you feel like you are actually a valued customer. Great prices, great selection and they will do their best to find or order a product that suits your needs. Local pet related shopping at its finest. This is always my top reccomendation when people ask me about good pet stores in the area. The Trunk Rd location is more just pet food and grooming. Whereas the Second line store has pet foods, fish, feeders, and supplies leashes, grooming supplies, supplements and a limited selection of cages and habitats etc.
Did not have the brand I was looking for Hills but did have a surprising variety for it's size and for reasonable prices!
Always helpful, great prices, great choices, knowledgeable about animals and suggestions!
Staff member was extremely helpful and went out of her way to answer questions and provide suggestions for changing over dog food. Helped carry bags out as well!
