Forefront Dermatology

The staff is always friendly and attentive. I believe Forefront has my best interests in mind. They frequently ask for my input and what I am experiencing. They give me info on different available treatments and give me guidance on which ones have been successful with most patience.

Dr. Thaler has taken her time to talk with us with any questions we've had. Also very informative. Dr. Their has been very caring and understanding with many different situations. Keep up the great job.

The staff is so amazing and friendly. They actually care about you getting better.

Dr did not take the time to explain anything to me. She talked to the nurse as if I wasnt in the room. " We can address that when she comes to have the stitches out" I'm sorry, what about sticthes???? Why do I need stitches??? Then the nurse explained I needed a biopsy. The nurse was GREAT!!! Dr not so much. Receptionist, even worse! Come back 2 weeks later to have my stitches removed, to have the receptionist kind of giggle and say, "we are running about 40 minutes behind today. Do you want to wait?" No I cannot wait and extra 40 minutes, that's why I scheduled an appointment for the time I did! Really they can't call and let people know? The saddest part was that my primary care physician, warned me that most of her patients "hate" this DR. I willmake sure to let my PC Dr know maybe she needs to stop sending her patients here.
