Updated review September 28th, 2022: A few days after my review, Zelika emailed me and apologized profusely for the cut-off service and heavily empathized with the disappointment of my massage service.  She then offered a free session as compensation for the experience and said, “I promise your second visit will be so much different and enjoyable.  Let me know what you think?”  I responded two weeks after returning from an overseas trip accepting her offer… only to never hear back again. Thus I updated my review from two stars to one.  Continued disappointment abounds.  I highly recommend going anywhere but Footworks!  Original review August 15th, 2022: After three of the most stressful weeks of my life, I was SO EXCITED to try this place out for a 45-minute Chair Combo massage 25min foot + 20min chair to de-stress and relax.  I arrived right on time at 11:00 am but my masseuse little old Asian lady with a mask and accent; so harder to understand didn’t show up in the foyer until 11:03 and we started with a private room chair massage, from 11:05-11:20 on the dot.  She then ushered me into the main room for my foot massage at 11:25, which I expected to end at 11:50, but she finished at 11:45 and walked away, leaving me wondering where the hell she went, since we were still on the clock for the 25 minutes!  I even made confused eye contact with the desk girls several times, and the one had even noticed that we started late, after I told her about the time being cut short.  The only compensation I got was in the form of two extra stamps on a brand new stamp card, which I probably won’t even use since I can’t trust that my paid massage time will be fulfilled. And yes, I did still leave a tip.  Shame on me.  The massage was okay but didn’t really wow me.  Very disappointed with the service here overall.

I LOVE footworks. I’ve been going often since my pregnancy a few years ago and always to see Viktor. He is just absolutely unbelievable. I’ve now got my husband on board who also sees Victor on the regular.  Viktor is one of the kindest humans out there, and takes such care with all of his clients. He is incredibly informative and focuses specifically on each clients ailments. Try the 50 min foot massage followed by the 50 minute body massage and you will NOT regret it!

I love going to get a massage here because the therapist know exactly what you need. I have gone several times to get a massage. And having the right person working on you is key I recommend Anna she is on the stronger side when it comes to pressure and has over 15 years of experience. Super nice lady because she always listen to my complaints of back pain.

Very very nice + calming foot rubs. I love it. Price is up there so not sensible. Lower the price and I can see much more walk ins come through your doors.

Just had my first visit today for their signature 50 minute foot reflexology treatment. Nelia was fantastic, nice and firm pressure! Very relaxing!

I’ve been here several times for both reflexology and massage therapy and I’m always impressed! The atmosphere is very clean, relaxed and calming. The price is great for the service received. I’d highly recommend Jim or Valeria for massage therapy. They are great at treating tense areas while maintaining an overall relaxing massage.

I had a 75 minute body massage. It was excellent! My particular problem area is a damaged rotator cuff and general back pain for which I am seeing a physio.  My masseuse was so knowledgeable about muscle connectivity. She took time to listen about my pain, asked relevant questions and then explained  what she was going to do during the massage. She explained where different parts of the body are connected and theothe massage wouldwwould help. She definitely tailored the experience to help my particular problem and afterwards gave me some info to avoid flare ups. Probably the best masseuse I've ever had.
