Great customer service, and professional business conduct. Highly recommended!
I called to get updates on my pending orders and was given horrible customer service. I wanted clarification on my orders and instead was told to come into the store to go over the details. She told me she will no longer have this conversation over the phone and advised me to visit the store directly. I told her that I live approximately 30 minutes away and was not interested in leaving my house, especially with Covid-19, as this conversation can happen over the phone. This conversation then led to the employee repeatedly yelling at me over the phone.
Excellent experience with the store and Zohra , I had foot pain and she suggested the walking shoes and worked out great. Zohra has lots knowledge she ordered the shoes that was not available . I am definitely going next year again.
Great service. They know what they’re doing and always advise on what is comfortable for your feet. It’s been over two years that I go to this store and I’ve never been disappointed. Definitely recommend this store if you want to keep your feet healthy!
Hands down the best service one could possibly ask for. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm severely flat footed and have been in pain for a while now but foot solutions at Leaside made it all go away with their amazing selections of shoes and orthodontics.

Unfortunately my family have a very bad and unprofessional experience with lady in this store we tried to put up with the terrible service and unfair price alot. Long waiting, waisting time, triple prices,bad costumer service,poor management.
I called to book an appointment with the chiropodist and the person in the phone assume receptionist yell at me, I personally do not care for the service over the phone but it should matter for the people in charge. I was happy to try your service despite the bad reviews.
Very good experience. I had a terrible foot pain. They fitted me best orthopedic footwear and that helped me to keep back to my long hrs standing work. Very much recommended
