Lil was awesome! Still had our history on file from 7 years ago!...the shopping was easy and focused to get my mom a new pair of Fit Flops. Lovely store with good selection.
I am usually looked after by Bonnie who is very good as well as friendly, but today I was taken care of by the owner. After explaining the issues to her, which probably sounded like excuses not to make a purchase, she explained different things to me. As a business owner I understand having a passion for what you do. This lady absolutely has passion and I am very happy with my purchase! We might be in a city but this was definitely small town service!
I’ve been shopping here for years. I’ll admit, some days I’ve had better service then others, but where doesn’t that happen. The ladies are always accommodating and REALLY do know their product. I’ve bought everything from my strappy sandals to winter boots. Once I had to return a pair, but had no issues. Keep up the good work ladies! One request? Please consider a website.
Spent $150 on a pair of sandals. Went back the next day because the back strap kept falling down to the bottom of my heel. The owner suggested I bring them to a shoemaker to have them altered! I think they offered $10 to do same plus a few weeks I'm sure. No refund. No exchange for another style. No taking them back because "they're not defective, possibly my straight ankle is the problem"??!! Word of advice, never buy shoes in this store
