Yes, the Reno's do look good but these are tough times for people and the much higher prices, since the Reno's have been completed, are too much for most people. No one is getting a 50% raise in their income but prices in the store have, in some cases, have gone up MORE than 50% per item that I have seen. The other store in town is selling the same items for up to 40% less and that's a really big difference. Too many stores have simply pushed up their prices because of the fuel costs but they to have come down but the store prices have not. Just a huge cash grab for some businesses, and Foodland is one of the cash grabbers, IMHO
Well run store. Very organized and great service. The store seems to have great variety for a small store. Meat department does a great job of the cuts and selection. Deli department has great selection and great choices of pre cook take out food. Chicken Chicken wings, chicken fingers, cabbage rolls, Macaroni ect. Great for a quick supper of lunch.
I never have a problem finding parking here. The store is always clean and well stocked with the prices clearly marked.
For a Small town grocery store it's great. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Very clean with friendly staff this is everything you would want in a grocery store. The only thing is the price gauging on certain items, the lack of baby products on the shelves.
I had not been in there in over a year and was quite frankly shocked by how much higher the prices are compared to their competition. I will not be back unless it is the last store open in the county.

Super great staff super friendly! Deli/ sushi counter is always full of delicious foods and big smiles. The wings might be the best in town not sure.. Nice big well stock aisles! Best foodland for miles!
Nice small grocery store in quiet Hagersville. Good quality items however Foodland is not a discount store so don't expect great pricing. Baked goods on site, meat and produce look excellent.
Always clean, the Staff are friendly and willing to help when required, and everything seems to be available.
