Food is expensive, always over priced so when they mark it down on sale, they're matching the regular prices you see elsewhere. It's cheaper to spend the gas to Sarnia or Grand Bend and shop there for groceries (No Frills, Walmart, etc). It's just convenience they offer. Though, they do have produce that's in much better shape than other places and tastier (especially fruits like grapes, cherries, tomatoes, watermelons). I liked when they were 24/7 but now they close at 11pm.

Best small grocery store I've been to. They have a great selection of vegan options - even the dairy free cream cheese which I haven't seen in any other Foodlands. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to find us a free used bucket for our rocks at midnight. Ya, 24 hrs too!

They have just about everything including a butcher area if you want a particular cut. When they make sausages they are fresh and very good but have to get them on sale. Prices are a bit more.

Excellent selection.of cheeses and fresh meats .wonderful bakery. And seafood available. Very friendly helpful staff.clean and we'll organized. Fresh produce. Not the cheapest gerocery store.but their selection and quality.make up for it..
