Nice store.   A bit pricy but if you keep your eyes open, there are deals to be had.   Especially if you use your air miles card.

When I go to foodland they are very friendly and helpful. I love love there Deli and pastry departments

This store is very clean - they have a good deli - salads - friendly staff - most prices more expensive than NO Frills - watch for sales also bakery items - air miles
