The Leduc & District Food Bank is a community-driven and supported organisation that relies on community donations and volunteer support in order to provide short-term assistance to an approximate population of 75,000 people. We were created so that those in the community in need had temporary relief of food insecurity. We are here to work alongside other helping agencies and to help fill the gap in short-term need.
To promote human dignity. To bring surplus food together with people in need. To lend our support to other agencies that care for those in crisis situations. To develop community awareness, cooperation, and education.
