We booked a kids bday party and they cancelled on us the day of the party. Blamed it on car problems and never showed up. Don’t book this company.
Pierre-Luc and his associate made our event a BLAST!!! He made the booking fast and easy, responding very quickly and with helpful details, and made me feel like he wanted to make our event special. We had SO much fun playing bubble soccer, and will be recommending this for future birthday parties with our friends :
Horrible customer service. I was trying to plan my birthday party. I tried getting in contact with them 3 weeks prior to the event to set everything up. At first they were somewhat responsive, but then the communication completely stopped. I tried to figure out if they had booked our requested venue but radio silence, no one answered my emails nor did they answer any of my calls, I had to call the venue to see if they had actually booked anything or spoke with anyone, which they did not. Incredibly irresponsible for a business. As much fun as bubble soccer is, I would not recommend using this company at all.
FoOBZ Events is an amazing company! I tried 3 sports, the Bubble Soccer, the Archery Tag and the Zorb Racing giant hamster ball and it was a blast!! I highly recommend them! The FoOBZ staff members are also really fun and energetic! A must if you come down in the Ottawa-Gatineau region... Will definitely book again with them! #foobz
Terribly organized company. We were trying set up a a conjoined birthday event a few weeks in advance. They kept telling us everything was okay and would be fine for the date. Two days before the event still no confirmation. No one answering emails or phones. The day before the event the same thing. Day of the event still no answer by phone or email. We had to cancel the event of 25+ people. Very, very unprofessional and irresponsible company. Saddening, because we were very excited for this event and were eager to play. Unfortunately, I will never recommend this company to anyone after this experience and really have nothing good to say.
FoOBZ bubble soccer was amazing!! We also tried the FoOBZ Archery Combat and this was as much much also!! What a great time, we strongly recommend them if you are in the Ottawa-Gatineau Region and looking for some great fun for the whole family and friends!! They event do team building, birthday parties, corporate events and more..
Fun experience for all ages! I just didn't find it necessary to arrive 30 minutes early as it was asked in the confirmation email. Also, it would have been nice to have all the games explained to us at the beginning before playing. We booked a private game and we would have liked to have known what the game options were...but this was still fun regardless!
