We stop by every time we are passing through Colfax. They have the most adorable little shop : These lady's are literally the most amazing people on the planet! Supper friendly, great drinks, amazing cinnamon rolls! My Fiancé got the regular cinnamon roll and I got the caramel one and let me tell you the caramel was to die for!
Super cute place and awesome coffee! Even their bathroom is cute!
My husband and I love Fonks. Best coffee in Colfax! It stinks that they don't have a drive-thru, but the quality of beverage is worth it if you have the time.
Cute little shop in the heart of downtown Colfax. Good coffee. Like most coffee shops, they filled 3/4 of the drink cup was ice, even though I asked for little ice in my latte.

I have stopped here a couple times. Their blended drinks are good, but the lattes are where it is at. Some of the best hot drinks to be had. Service is always super friendly, too. Definitely worth the stop if you have time and want a really quality drink.
