They have good beer, food and real estate. I find the name odd but I was happy with everything I found in the strip mall. I will be back and the hours are convienent
Lots of parking, but Jim Pattison charges way too much rent for our little island so the stores are limited and very basic. Grocery store, drug store, liquor store, realtor, yawn... The two best places are Nesters and the Library.
A lot of really nice shops and cafes, a grocer and pharmacy, and the library are in this area. If you can't find what you're looking for there, they'll be able to direct you to where you can. Facilities are all clean, staff and visitors friendly. You can even bike down and there is plenty of space to secure your bikes while you peruse the area or shop for groceries.nHighly recommend trying to for in the cafe. The produce at the store are as local as they can get it -- almost all of it seems to be either locally grown Gabriola, BC grown, or Canadian grown. It is also very fresh and tastes delicious.

This mini mall has nesters grocery recently bought out by save on, a pharmacy, women's clothing, seasonal gift and art gallery, liquor store, library, real estate. Adequate parking. The one restaurant closed but another is slated to open.
