Participated in the "Hell bureaucracy exercise" and found it quite insightful and interesting how thought-provoking the questions helped connect with typical business situations across different scenarios, and how being aware of them, can help making certain business environments less 'hellish'
David is a structured, patient and attentive coach. He asks the right questions, has a clear focus for each session and has wonderful relevant short stories and anecdotes.
