Worst customer service ever esp. the manager. You people are lucky I even call to say I cant make a payment this week. They make you feel like garbage as well. Wprst place to get a loan. Go to Mr.payday or money mart, they handle these kinds of things so well.

Excellent Customer Service! I brag these guys up to everyone, they make the process smooth and seamless. Very professional, they never make me feel like a second class citizen like other companies like this have in the past. They take the time to explain the process. Their fees are very reasonable in comparison. I would highly recommend this company to all. Thank you Focus!

I am a compliance officer by trade and I came into Focus Financial requesting a loan due to the fact my company has just merged and the new pay period is now 6 days past the first and the middle of the month hence the need for the loan to tide me over til the next pay period because of my bill payment arrangements. I explained my situation to the loan officer Natalie behind the smudged plexi glass window and provided her with my bank statement and was offering her my payworks automatic deposit statement (which outlines the new payroll date of "July 25") due to the company restructure. All she could see is the fact that my next payroll date was on the 25th (4 days from asking for this loan) and she stated it was inconsistent. Guess there is no thinking outside the box with this employee and also very poor customer service skill especially in this line of work. She unfortunately lost money for the company as I was able to get a loan elsewhere where they were very understanding of my situation. If you require a loan due to payroll changes or just in general do not go to Focus Finacial. They are not very understanding and treat you as a number. Do not give them your business but bring your business to Cash Converters they are extremely helpful and compassionate about helping others. Do not refer them to your friends unless your friends are drug addicts or criminals. In that case this is the place for them.

I’d never dealt with a payday loan company before but I’m so glad I chose Focus. They made it simple for me. I brought in the necessary documents and walked out with money...easy!

I was in a bind and needed some quick cash. I went into Focus Financial’s office on Kingsway and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and the staff were great.
