After suffering for months with a "frozen shoulder" I had Moira work with me for five sessions. It was my first experience with physiotherapy, and I have to say it was amazing. In particular I came away with a much more detailed understanding of how all of the components of my shoulder interact, and can self-assess often in order to self-treat some of the remaining minor issues.
