Flowers Washougal

If you want to order skimpy, over-priced arrangements from very rude people than this is the business for you. There is an enormous over-head that is all for nothing. There is no customer service to be had for a walk-in order. There is no portfolio of the florists designs nor sitting area for clientele. You will rudely be referred to look at their website if you want to see what is offered. If I wanted to look at thumbnails of arrangements to do business, then what is the point of this grocery sized shop filled with unfriendly employees? Even though the last arrangement I ordered here was sparse of flowers and substituted the large roses I paid for with baby roses I thought I'd see if there were any improvements in service and quality. None seen

I LOVE FLOWERS WASHOUGAL!!!! We have used them many times, for many types of occasions and I have NEVER been disappointed. Eric and his team provided the flowers at my brothers funeral. The flowers were just perfect and Eric was so calming to work with. I couldn't have imagined the pieces he put together, they were just right. At Zenith Properties we sent bouquets to clients. They are always so amazed and appreciative. I can tell a Flowers Washougal arrangement from any others. They are always unique and gorgeous! Do no hesitate to use Flowers Washougal for whatever your special occasion is.

I called to make an order, was put on hold for ten minutes to then be hung up on. called back and some fruity guy had the nerve to give me an attitude as if I was waisting his time. I would not recommend this florist to anyone.

Flowers Washougal has the most beautiful shop! I think spending time in their shop was as wonderful as their floral designs. This is a MUST visit, one of kind, floral design destination. The place is SO beautiful and because it is an open floor plan you can watch while their designers create your floral -- like an open kitchen where you can watch your food being prepared. This is a very unique and wonderful floral design shop. I really loved the warmth and energy and the people are fantastic too! Treat yourself today -- you'll be so glad you did. :)

I went in to get an impromptu gift for a friend and Man! were they helpful! Not only helpful, but friendly, happy to see me (shock! could this be... customer service?) and extremely well-priced for the amount of work and time that goes into each of their handmade pieces. They make custom stuff, too, for anyone who wants it. I know because a local photographer (a friend of mine) uses them for her photoshoots on occasion. They're so community oriented, and their quality is unsurpassed. Also, the value is impressive. Seriously, if you're local, check them out!
