Brutal service guys! Ordered for Valentines Day online Feb. 12th...got an email confirmation on the 13th. Thats where any service stopped. I requested a delivery time between 9am - 11am to my significant other's workplace. I called about 15 times trying to get through to someone. Somebody would pick up and then hang up! Finally got through to a lady at 4:30pm and we confirmed that they could still deliver to her home which I gave her the address for. It's now past 9pm and still no delivery, no follow up, nothing! If you can't handle the logistical aspect, don't take so many damn orders!

Called last minute to have a bouquet delivered to my mom. (I don't live in the same country as her). Other places were not able to accommodate but Flowers Unlimited did. The staff was super helpful and courteous and got the delivery out right away. Much appreciated! My mom is a cancer patient and this was just one little thing that helped brighten her day.

Horrible. Purchased flowers for Valentines. Arrived on Feb 15. Delivery person couldn't find an office at a hospital. I called on evening of Feb 14 and the manager said I would get refund. Still no refund. Crooks. Plain and simple. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Incompetent crooks.

Long-time customer. - I've bought arrangements for Mother's Day, Funerals, and special events. Good quality flowers. Very reasonable prices. Reliable service. They really go above and beyond for their customers! Will continue to purchase.
