Flowers 'N Gifts

My son from California ordered flowers online and Flowers ‘N Gifts was the florist of choice. Although the gift was for my birthday, my dear son also wanted to recognize a new puppy who will be coming very soon. He asked for an arrangement that would cover that event! The attached card included every part of his sweet message, an “It’s a Boy” balloon, pretty blue vase, a blue stuffed animal, and a full, beautiful assortment of flowers. Wonderful! I would definitely use this business for future needs.

I ordered these online for my Aunt for Mother's Day because I was helping local businesses. They were suppose to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day and when I asked my Aunt if they were delivered she said no. I called the next day to make sure that the flowers I paid for were actually going to be delivered. The lady I talked to barely spoke english and told me that the reason they didn't go out was because they basically forgot. It was like I reminded them about the order that I paid for two weeks before to get sent out. I am not really amused that I was doing something to help local businesses but at the same time I had to call and remind them to deliver my order a day late.

My niece loved the flowers. She didn't mention the stuffed animal so I can only assume it was delivered as promised. I gave it 4 stars because I did not get a confirmation that they were delivered at the time.

Great local flower shop , Junko the owner and Flowers & Gifts, always goes an extra mile to deliver amazing fresh gorgeous arrangements. This is my 3rd time ordering from Flowers & Gifts and I love their service. ! Great bargain prices compared to all other flower shops in the neighborhood , but they deliver all day until 7 pm so this is also a big plus for calling in and ordering those last minute flowers to be delivered same day :) P.S. Junko has a slight accent , but she is so lovely and so kind so please when you call her to place order over the phone , please be VERY patient because you need to speak clearly and slowly when placing an order. Overall love love love this florist !!!!!!!! 5+++++++
