The best experience I’ve ever had so far with any flower shop. Today I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for my fiends welcoming their new baby girl. I called the Florida Flower shop and spoke to Ms. Margaret and ordered the beautiful flowers. She was very friendly and helpful taking my order and instructions. She advised me the best way to express my feelings on the greeting card and she helped me arrange the flowers carefully with an excellent value. She also sent me the photos after she finished arranging them and I was so happy with the outcome. I highly e-commerce this flower shop. I completely forgot to order flowers on behalf of my family for delivery to a funeral home and only remembered the evening before the funeral. Reached out to Florida Flowers after hours not expecting a response until the next morning, let alone the excellent customer service experience that followed shortly after my initial contact. It was a pleasure dealing with Margaret, the arrangements were lovely and delivered on time. Service exceeded expectations! Will absolutely order from / recommend Florida Flowers!
I'm so pleased with the flowers I ordered for my dear friend, who is like mother to me. I sent them to her home a day before her b-day so she may enjoy them even earlier. She was surprised and was filled with tremendous amount of joy to receive them. Upon receiving them she took some photos and sent them to me. That was the first time I seen the actual floral arrangement. I was so pleased of the overall look. Even the card that was sent with it. The print was large enough to read and it looked good in the floral design. I thought it was going to be those dinky little piece white card and a hand written message . So I'm super satisfied with the turn out. Hence this lengthy review Also, the lady that I spoke with when I enquire about the flowers was warm n cheery I shall order more in the future from Florida Flowers.
