Allow me to provide some context. I called them about a half-hour before closing on a Saturday and I had a wedding Sunday. I had completely forgotten to get my suit dry cleaned and they (as well as any other dry cleaner I called) were closed on Sunday. I was panicking, as I really didn't know what to do. I told them my predicament and, even though they closed within a half-hour, they told me to get over there right away. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing and my entire suit was dry cleaned professionally and properly within 45 minutes. They only charged me the normal "rush" fee, which was very minimal, even though they stayed 30 minutes past closing for no reason other than to help me. Their service is great as well as their quality of work, but what was most refreshing was finding a business that appreciates and acknowledges the human side. They didn't just treat me like any random customer. They heard my needs and acquiesced. I am forever grateful to them and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are, without question, my future destination for all of my clothing cleaning needs. Thank you again.

they didn't do a damn thing to my dress. still charged me. I really don't understand how they can charge me based on the service they provided. I'd seen a mix of rave reviews for this place and reviews totally trashing it and I knew I was taking my chances. seems I'm lucky my dress wasn't ruined worse...?

I had a jacket that noone could clean and the owner himself told me it was free unless cleaned to my satisfaction. It was cleaned to perfection. Great professional service.

Florida Dry Cleaners is the best service in town. Quick turn around and always friendly service with a smile. They are always willing to work around you schedule. Have been going here for 4 years
