Needed a few more boxes of a special order flooring, which they were able to turn around in less than a week without charging me freight fees. Super helpful staff.
We had Floors Now remove the carpets from 3 rooms and replace them with oak hardwood. The store staff were very patient and helpful. The installer , Bardger, a young man from The Netherlands and his helper did an excellent job of installing the flooring. They were able to fit the flooring without removing or replacing any of the old baseboard so that we did not have mis-matched baseboard in the rest of the house. In two of the rooms the new flooring was cut and fitted perfectly up to the old hardwood flooring and did not need to have a transition piece fitted. We can certainly recommend Floors Now to do it right.

Couldn't be happier with our hardwood floor installation. From the beginning; Martin came and gave us a quote and we found him to be very knowledgeable, courteous and professional! Jonathon and Garrett removed our old hardwood and installed our new hardwood in our living, dining and kitchen area. The complete job was done in two days. FloorsNow is an excellent company to deal with at every step, from first point of contact at their showroom to when they came to do the final installation. We have used their products and installation both at my home and at my business’s showroom. Would recommend to anyone; Quality is amazing and the price point was competitive.
Great shopping experience ! Martin Stubbe was awesome to deal with and was very accommodating. Price was comparable to other places but decided to shop local. The purchase of our new blinds went smoothly from start to finish. Installation was even offered but decided to install ourselves. Would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.
Jonathon and Garret did an amazing job installing the flooring in 6 rooms of my home. They are both professional, hardworking individuals and I would definitely have them complete another floor install for me in the future. I also really like the LVP flooring I chose that was recommended by Rebecca. It’s easy to clean and makes the house look quite modern. :
