Highly recommend FloForm! Brad came in for a consult and had great suggestions for the best use of space for my one bedroom condo. Love my new kitchen! Service was top notch and installers were flawless.
The old bait & switch. They said what they needed to to get the order. Colour was in stock. Delivery in 6 weeks. No problem. Turns out after we paid in full that the colour was not in stock and then it took 12 weeks for installation. Wrong colour. Sheesh. Not impressed. And then there was the instal guys. First instal crew didn’t know what they were doing. The seam is brutal and the countertops aren’t level. Second instal crew back splash shook their heads when the saw the shoddy work of first crew. No solution. Just a bad taste.
The countertop looks great. Excellent installation. There were some challenges in setting up the install, for instance wrong paperwork at one point and confusing phone lines in calling and adjusting time due not getting the product on time because of winter roads. I think that would be resolved now. I believe there was some transition going on at the time
We are happy with the workmanship, quality, installation of the countertops. It would have been five stars if we had an opportunity to have an in house consultation to see what would have looked best. My recommendation is not to choose online. If we had guidance, we would have chosen differently, as I am not experienced in choosing countertops. Overall, the experience was great, just disappointing with pattern and colour. They did an excellent job, on time and flexible to meet our needs. Was a bit of a problem with their payment structure not meeting our operational needs but it got sorted.
Dear Customers. AVOID THEM. I am writing to protect you from this very bad laying flofom company.I would never recommend this terrible company.Everything is horrible in this flofoam company.Intallation, very poor quality, huge money, wrong sizes, terrible customer service from receptions to the head manager.They take your moneyall summ at the beginningbut they do not do their job.Avoid them.Keep away from them .It a very dangerous company.They are stolen your money and they don't want to do their job.When you try to connect with them they don't want to answer.KEEP AWAY from them.I hope that someone will help my review.
I don’t know what we would have done without Brad for our bathroom renovation. He started off by getting an idea of what we wanted our bathroom to look like and came back with the perfect design for us. He was more then respectful of our budget, offered knowledgeable and honest advise on products and got everything done on schedule 10/10. Will definitely consult with Brad again on further home projects.

We got counters from Brad at Floform for our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Brad went above and beyond our expectations when it came to helping us with design and fitting into our budget. Our place looks beautiful. We are going to be moving soon and renovating again, and we have already contacted Brad at Floform to help us!
