I tried Flirty Bird out for lunch today, and was not disappointed. I asked what I should order and the person who was working I believe by themselves, asked me how hungry I was, and then recommended the chicken tenders. There are different levels of spiciness. The three chicken tenders that came with my order were very large in size and coated in some really great tasting seasoning although I thought it was may be a little heavy handed. The sauce that came with the tenders was enough for all 3, which was nice, and had the perfect amount of spice for my liking. The star of the order for me, though was the house made pickles that come on the side. They are so delicious! They could have given me just a box of those pickles and I would’ve been happy! The customer service was fantastic. He was very knowledgable about the menu, and very pleasant to talk to while ordering and waiting for my food to be made. I definitely recommend and I will definitely be back. The reason that I gave only four stars for the food was because I also ordered fries which were OK but they’re just your typical fries. I think they did have some of the seasoning that’s on the chicken tenders on them as well though, so there was some decent flavour. The coleslaw was not cold either and I think it would’ve tasted better if it had been.

Best chicken sandwich I have ever had, and I have had a lot. The chicken tenders are next level. They are plump, juicy and crispy! Lastly, the service was impeccable! Scott knows his chicken, is passionate about the business and he has amazing customer service every time we visit the flirty bird in Sherwood Park.Food: 5/5
I will say I never go out and order chicken anything because I have it so much at home, but this was an exception. I have been suggested this place many times by my partner, but for the reason listed above I didn’t go right away. Do not wait to go, this is your sign to try it. The sandwich I had was DELICIOUS. I got the sando with mild seasoning, firstly this thing was HUGE. $14 ? for the sandwich but definitely worth the price tag. Fantastic chicken, great bun, good pickles, and personally as a coal slaw hater, I didn’t mind it’s presence and it went well with this sandwich. Only con is that this location was very small and didn’t have a washroom, which was needed to wash my hands after my scrumptious meal. Will be back !! but probably to a different location with a bathroom.

Little place to grab some amazing food!! It’s comfort food. Small menu but it hits all the right places. This is without a doubt my new lunch favourite!! Staff is awesome and very interactive. Knowledgeable and cares about what you want and are looking for. Don’t go crazy on the spice! “Hottest in town we aren’t kidding!”Food: 5/5
Had such a good experience here. The guy who took our order basically gave us table service. Served our food, checked in, brought us take out containers, and even gave me a great suggestion for the leftover tenders tortilla wrap! such a class act. One star off because the entryway and surrounding areas were dirty. I’ve been noticing that a lot about restaurants lately. Magic erasers folks! Anw. Will gladly be back. Chicken portions were so good for the price and piping hot.
Amazing Hot Chicken sandwich, went with the medium spice level and my lips were still numb after. The owner seemed like a solid guy too, shot the breeze with him about music for 10 minutes while waiting for my order. Will definitely be going back.
Poor guy was the only one there, the other w employees called off. He had a line out the door, whipping out orders that were perfect and not a second overcooked. So good.Food: 5/5
