Flippin' Frog Patio Bar & Grill

We are from out of town and staying at our brother-n-laws place on the lake. So we came up to the bar on Friday and Saturday night. Friday night we ordered some drinks and our waiter was friendly and helpful. We ordered a pizza to go. It was good I thought maybe it could have been cooked a little longer. Friday night I got ate up by the mosquitoes sitting inside. Saturday night we came back up had some drinks, played some Keno, pool and hung out. Our waitress again was friendly and was on top of her job. I think her name was shaelynn we ordered food to go. The sandwich we ordered a half was a good amount. The sampler platter I’m not sure the price fit what we got for 14.99. The elephant ear was tasty. Also the Superman shot soooo good. We will definitely come to this bar again when we are in town.

They have always had good food in the past but last night's experience was not so good. We arrived at 7:30 pm. There was maybe 7 people there drinking but no one else eating. We ordered appetizers and dinner. It was almost 9 when our appetizers came out. The waitress never came to our table in all that time to say why the food was taking so long or to refill anyones drink. When our food came out shortly after 9 it was all cold and we were never asked if we needed anything else. When we got our bill there was administration fees on them....what is an administration fee for? I really hope for your business this was an isolated event.

Was excellent the couple of times we'd gone before. Then ownership changed, tried it again. Big mistake!! Food was awful! Smelled like a septic tank when we walked in. I am embarrassed I ever recommended this place to friends! Definitely not going back!Service: 3/5

They offer gluten free fried fish and chicken strips. It was a great find while out on a bike ride since one of us is gluten free. The perch was good and serves were friendly and attentive. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Big screen tvs for sports and great prices on there draft beer! Service was excellent and the burger was delicious but I thought the burger should have been a little bigger.Food: 4/5
