We booked a large group trip through Amanda M. and she helped us select a great resort within our budget that could accommodate all of our needs! Her communication and assistance was top notch! Highly recommend!

Just finished booking our next trip with Francine from Flight Centre in Newmarket. She was fantastic as always to deal with. She has been booking our trips for over 7 years now and I can't imagine booking with anyone else. Our next trip is to Maui with extended layovers in L.A. and Vancouver and she was great with getting everything booked with our unique schedule.

We've booked 2 trips this year with Amanda McFarlane. She was amazing! She helped us pick both resorts and we couldn't have been happier. We will absolutely be booking with her in the future. Never had a better experience!

Be careful using the travel agents here. They will always answer your call and respond when they want you to book a vacation but once you are at your destination and run into any issues at all they act like you don’t exist and don’t return any calls. If you are a returning customer who uses the agent multiple times you get great service but if your a first time customer you basically get treated very very poorly once they confirmed your booking. I also after found out I could have booked my exact vacation cheaper not using the agent.

This past week my husband and I booked a trip to Jamaica to an all inclusive resort in Montego Bay. Alyssa Reid was exceptional to deal with. She was knowledgable, personable, experienced and tuned into our needs quickly. Would highly recommend Alyssa! Thank you Alyssa we hope to do additional business with you in the future.

Well, I am not happy with Francine from Flight Centre. I called Flight cente and Francine returned my call. I explained that I was traveling with my daughter who was turning 50. My son would meet us. He was flying from Phoenix, Arizona. We were meeting to celebrate my daughter’s 50th and 5 years of her being cancer free. I explained all this to Francine. All seemed to be fine. However, from the moment the trip was paid for Francine was unreachable. I thought that’s fine everything can be done online. We arrived at the resort that Francine did a great job selling me on. She said just newly redone, I just travelled there to check it out. The resort is five star. We arrived anticipating a great celebration. We found a resort that was geared to five and ten year olds. I have no problem with children, however; my adult children and I were looking for adult entertainment not go fish at a children’s carnival. The night life at the resort ended at 10pm. Francine all I can say about your listening skills and your ability to book a trip that suits the people who are traveling it is non existent. Shame on you for what you did to my family and I. Francine you got your commission from me but you will never get another one. Indeed Flight Centre will never get another commission. I would give a zero rating if I could. Furthermore, just read the owners response to my negative review of Francine and Flight Centre. All I can say is “ nice blaming the customer for the less than stellar work of your employee”. My decision stands Flight Centre will never get my business again.

Terrible customer service. A rep offered to change my flight date 3 weeks ago. She never confirmed the change. I've been emailing and calling for 3 weeks with no response. I still don't know when I'm leaving.

Hi, I just can’t say enough how wonderful and professional my agent Jaclyn Decle has been with me with my bookings and travel arrangements. She always calls and spends the time to talk and explain anything I need to know to make my travel decisions easy. She is very prompt with any email inquiries that I send to her as well. I can't say enough about the quality of service we received from Brian Fraser from Flight Centre. In addition to being extremely prompt by emailing when he said he would email and call when he said he would call, he was respectful and was able to answer all of our questions that we had regarding our tour of Hawaii. He suggested a flight one day in advance to ensure we arrived on time for our tour. He went out of his way to arrange the best hotel stay and transfer from the airport along with the best stopovers to and from Hawaii. His knowledge of the exact planes we would be taking to accommodate our preference in seating was amazing. Start to finish he was excellent, very professional and would highly recommend!

Erin from the Upper Canada location was amazing to work with. She built us the exact itinerary that we were looking for even with the back and forth and working virtually. She was extremely patient and very responsive. I 100% recommend booking with her.
