I booked a vacation with Christina recently and she was wonderful to work with. Being a busy professional, she was very helpful in providing advice and took care of the entire booking for me. The itinerary she put together for me was exactly what I had want! I didn't have to worry about a thing and she made sure I got the best deal and best value even though it was a very last minute trip! The entire process was hassle free. Christina's customer service was above expectation and I would definitely reach out to her again and recommend her to anybody who doesn't have the time to plan a trip. If I could give Ashlee Chung a 10 out of 5 stars I would. She is the ultimate professional. No detail is too small or too much for her. I have used Ashlee for several years now for all my travel bookings both corporately and now personally too. My requests are often last minute, with many requirements and options. She is ALWAYS friendly no matter how many questions I ask or changes I require. She solves problems that occur during travel quickly and easily making it a real joy to have her on my side! Thank you Ashlee for everything you do for us!

Booked a multi leg trip with Bear this month for our family of five - - while booking, he was patient and thoughtful with his suggestions to meet our needs. While travelling, I was injured and walking with crutches. He ensured that I had wheel chair support at both airports and alerted the airline too. He made the travel home much simpler Sending him another booking request today.

I've been using this agency for five years to make all my travel arrangements (work and personal). Customer service is excellent - staff are very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to save you money or sort out issues even if it means staying after hours. They always remember me and keep track of my preferences (seats, meals etc) so the experience is very personalized. They also have a lot of helpful advice about things like the reliability of different airlines which helps avoid bad travel experiences.

I booked our honeymoon through Christina at Flight Centre. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting us our flights and stay at a resort. She gave us many options that would fit our budget and schedule. She had also gave us many recommendations to restaurants and activities as she had visited there before. The other staff were also super friendly. Overall, it was smooth and easy to book through this Flight Centre.
